Overview

Upon completion of Nano-Usability tests and a submitted User Research memo, it was decided to continue with more targeted research for the Marriott digital properties re-design project, with the end-goal being the identification of improvements and re-design ideas to better support users.

This case study focuses on the interview timeline and analysis of research findings.
