Moving is, by nature, the type of thing that many don’t do regularly. So keeping readers engaged over long periods of time with content focused on moving can be difficult.

To keep our company’s name in the minds of customers for longer than it takes to rent a truck, I decided to focus on brand-focused content that is about more than just renting a truck — something that would prove useful and engaging before, during and even after moving day.
