As the first web and UX writer in a large company's marketing department, my responsibilities are wide-ranging. Working with both the creative services team and the user experience team, I generate copy of all lengths and types, some of which is highlighted below. From button copy to web articles, emails, infographics, social media copy, and more, I’ve been able to use words to create and improve the experience of our customers while maintaining and expanding our brand.

UX Copy

Project #1: Generating clearer and more appropriate CTA button copy.

Project #2: Revising current and suggested copy that was repetitive, long, and clunky.

Project #3: Generating new, shorter copy options for an app confirmation page.

Project #4: Creating copy for kiosk pick-up screens.

Web Copy

Project #1: Writing web articles for various lines of business (rental, leasing, used trucks, logistics).

Project #2: Researched and generated SEO keyword-rich copy for an online industry glossary.

Project #3: Carousel copy for business line home pages.

Project #4: Social media copy.

Other Marketing Copy

Project #1: External marketing pieces.

Project #2: Internal and external emails.

Project #3: Writing of E-Books, Case Studies, and White Papers
